We all know stress seems to be a part of everyone’s life these days, but did you know that about 95% of all disease is caused by some type of ongoing stress? As a Clinical Hypnotherapist I see stress behind almost every issue my clients want to treat.
Scientists Have Proven That 95% Of All Modern Disease Is Caused By “Destructive Cellular Memories” In 2008, Dr. Bruce Lipton, the world renowned leader in cellular biology and quantum physics, and a former Stanford Medical School Research Cellular Biologist, published one of the most controversial yet compelling books in the history of medicine, called “The Biology of Belief”.In this book he scientifically PROVED, along with an agreement from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), that STRESS is the primary driving factor behind 95% of all modern disease.”
Most people seem to accept that stress is just part of their everyday life, like a habitual way of being. There are certainly many causes of stress; and the good news is there are many modalities and practices you can do to help banish your stress response.
Meditation is just one modality that can greatly reduce stress and create more happiness in your life. “"Meditation puts you on the fast track to being happy," says Ronnie Newman, director of research and health promotion for the Art of Living Foundation, the umbrella organization for the Sahaj meditation course. Studies have shown that brain signaling increases in the left side of the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for positive emotions, while activity decreases in the right side, responsible for negative emotions, Newman says.
Self-hypnosis or hypnotherapy can help you permanently release your negative emotions and limiting beliefs that cause stress. Hypnosis is effective for releasing the habit of stress in as little as one or two session. You might also enjoy listening to one of our free CD’s (MP3’s) online at our website.
There are certainly many other methods for reducing stress from exercise, to soaking in a hot bubble bath, to listening to music and so much more.
Are you one of those people who believes to be successful or to do a good job means being stressed, like a badge of honor or a natural side affect of being successful? The two don’t automatically go hand in hand. See just how stressed you are by taking the test below. What would you like to change today? Call or email us today.
